仕事内容	＜よく遊び・学び・心身ともに健康な子に＞ 開校して半年ほどの、まだまだ新しい施設で、理想の施設を一緒につくってくれる方を大募集！新規事業所開設予定！新しい風を吹き込む仲間を3〜4名大募集！男女ともに大歓迎！ 発達障害のお子さんに、個別運動療育支援をお任せします！ 【主な仕事内容】 ・障がいや発達障がいを持っている小学生への運動指導。 ・障がいや発達障がいを持っている乳幼児・親御さんへの支援 【具体的なサポート内容について】 ＊マット運動、跳び箱、鉄棒など学校体育の運動サポート ＊乳幼児の親子支援（親子エクササイズ・ベビーマッサージなど） 平日は13:00〜18:30の間、土曜日や夏休みなどは10:00〜16:00の間、45分ごとに担当の子どもたちの運動支援を行います。一人一人に丁寧に向き合ってもらいたのでマンツーマンでの指導を実施しています！指導中に気づいた事や保護者の方に共有したい事はメモしておいて、翌日の出勤時などに記録します。 【実務未経験でも安心の育成ノウハウあり！】 入社後1ヶ月で独り立ちを予定しています。座学研修、実践研修、教育担当からの研修でお仕事の流れを学んで頂きます。研修しながら在籍スタッフのサポートを行い現場経験をつけていくので、徐々に慣れていく事ができます！運動指導技術向上の為、社内研修も随時実施しています！
勤務時間	＊平日11：00～19：00（実働7時間） ＊学校休業日9：00～17：00（実働7時間） ※学校休業日とは、土曜日、祝祭日及び、春休み、夏休み、冬休みを称します。 ※お子さんの急な病気などでの休みも柔軟に対応します！助け合いの心が根付いており、仲間と協力しながら日々の業務に励めます！
休日・休暇	日月休み 年間休日110日、夏季休暇、冬季休暇、GW休暇あり！
支援の流れ	【支援の流れ（1個別支援45分）】 準備体操→体作り→種目3つ（マット・縄跳びなど） ※1種目10分くらいの練習→体操→保護者フォロー ＜1日のスケジュール＞ 【小学校がお休みの場合】※日曜は施設自体がお休みです。 ・9時　出勤：朝礼・掃除・練習 ・10時　サポート開始（予約に応じて対応） ・12時　休憩 ・16時　記録記入 ・17時　退社 【通常日　小学校がある日】 ・11時　出勤：朝礼・掃除・事務作業・運動練習 ・12時　休憩 ・13時　支援開始 （小学生の支援は下校後なので夕方） ・18時45分　支援終了　片付け （記録は時間があれば当日記入　基本翌日記入） ・19時　退社
応募資格	実務未経験でも歓迎！ ＜必須＞ 児童指導員または保育士、作業療法士、理学療法士、言語聴覚士等 ＜児童指導員資格要件は以下のいずれかに該当する方となります。＞ ・大学において社会福祉学、心理学、教育学もしくは社会学を専修する学部、学科を卒業した方。 ・小学校、中学校、高等学校教員免許をお持ちの方 ・幼稚園教諭 ・高等学校を卒業していて、2年以上児童福祉事業に従事している方。 ＜下記経験があれば活かせます！＞ 児童福祉事業経験、スポーツ教室など講師経験、児童施設での経験があれば活かせます！各種運動経験者、器械体操経験者大歓迎！ ＜求める人物像＞ ・子どもと接する事が大好きな方 ・子どもたちと共に成長していきたい方 ・運動が好きな方 ・体を動かす事が好きな方 ・失敗しても前向きでいれる方
